NZ Knit Co Ltd is a registered company in New Zealand. The Governing law shall be New Zealand Law.
NZ Knit Co Ltd reserves the right not to deal with any individual or company for what ever reason it deems appropriate.

EXCHANGE POLICY
NZ Knit Co Limited  prides itself on its high standard of quality control. If you are not satisfied with your garment, you are required to advise us within seven (7) days of receipt and to send the garment back to us within thirty (30) days of receipt. We will replace the garment or refund your purchase price using the original payment method. The garment must be un-used or un-worn and the swing tag must be attached to the garment. If we ascertain that the garment has been worn, this will invalidate the refund.

NZ Knit Co Limited  warrants to rectify any manufacturing defect by replacing or repairing an affected garment which is returned to us and we will send the garment back to you at our cost. This warranty will not apply if the defect has arisen due to misuse, neglect or accident or through failure to follow the care instructions.

NZ Knit Co Limited's liability to you in respect of any supply of garments will be limited to the purchase price of the garment supplied in the transaction concerned.

If treated with care, these garments will give satisfaction and comfort, please follow all care labeling instructions or we can not guarantee the product.
